Reserving Hotel Rooms
People who have registered for the conference will receive access to the link to reserve a hotel room on June 1st 2022, before the general public does. If you need to be able to book a hotel room for accessibility reasons, please indicate this on your event registration. Those who have accessibility needs indicated on their registration will get special priority room booking, and be able to reserve ADA-accessible rooms.
Staff Rooms
Conference Staff (people who give 24+ hours of volunteer assistance to the conference) are offered a free partial room credit, to be shared with other Staff, and do not need to book their hotel rooms through the Doubletree's reservation system. If you are a Staff member, your Division Head will help you with your reservation.
Please note: Volunteers (those who work fewer than the number of hours required to be considered "Staff" do not qulaify for a room credit and should plan to reserve their room by using the link along with other registrants.
